I've been kinda curious along similar lines, as far as finding something with a small footprint (my pedalboards are already taking up most of the available floor as it is LOL).

Much of what I seem to be finding so far falls into the "all-or-(almost) nothing" category for floor-based MIDI controllers (I know I could send various CC commands and such from my DAW software easily enough, but that's not the performance environment that I need this for) – either the big honkin' units like the Behringer or Roland ones, or units like the Tech21 MIDI Mouse that are certainly small enough in physical size, but only provides MIDI program-change commands (which ironically is the one MIDI command I'm NOT interested in….figures! LOL).
