I know Tuki Covers has a relatively new offshoot company making protective covers/cases for individual pedals (link below); while right now I'm not seeing any Eventide ones listed there yet, it might be worth touching bases with themto suggest or to see if they'll do a custom one. I've been in touch with them in the past concerning custom covers for studio gear and they were very responsive (I also have a couple of their guitar dust covers in my studio and love 'em):
