after a lot of messing around I have come up empty handed. Here is a guy doing the sound i am looking for with a memory man. http://www.youtube.com/watch?The example starts at 3min 10 sec in. As you can hear it has a pretty intense racket ball type flutter. Nothing I have gotten is coming close.
