I’m going to assume you’re talking about an H9, but it’s similar settings for our Factor pedals. This is indicating that the H9 is paying attention to the expression pedal input to control volume. On H9 Control, go to Pedal > General Settings > EXP controls volume In/Out > and make sure they’re set to OFF. Basically, If you have your expression Pedal controlling input or output there’s no need to give you the ability to map parameters, since it’s not for expression.
