      Hi, I’d like to acquire vsig for my new (used) H9k. Does the previous owner need to unregister the unit?

      Hello,

      Yes, you will need to register the H90000 to your account to make the VSig installer available.

      Did you try to register the H9000 to your Eventide account yet? If it is still registered to the previous owner, you can ask them to deregister it or you can email support@eventide.com and provide the serial number and we will deregister it for you.
