Cannot register product.

      For some reason, I cannot register my ModFactor on the web site.  It keeps giving me an error and saying to contact support.  I sent them an email last week, but have yet to hear anything.  Deleting the cookies from this site at least let me get to the 2nd page (after entering type and serial number) but one I enter the Date, Store and Location it throws the error message again.  Any help appreciated.

      A lot of people are on vacation at the moment, and support queries might be handled more slowly that normally at the moment.  In any case I sent you an email asking for more information about your problem.
