Eventide H8000 fw bang with big verbs

Hi Nick

after changing and choosing  Disp B for big verbs,the situation went better.

But, I got a terrific "bang" with big verbs on average once every seven hours..

In the studio,that's not a problem,but when we make a concert,it's very ennoying

what is there to do ?

We think it is a hardware problem that will need some chips on the motherboard changed. At present we cannot get the right chips, but when we do we can let you know. Do you have a dealer or a technical friend who can change them, or would you want to send it back to the US ?

It should be easier – at first –  to give the chips to a Belgian tech in order to try to repair.

Should it not succeed, I would then send  the Eventide to you ;I think it's wiser..

Let me know when you get the pieces and how much does I owe to you then.
