Eventide H9 5.0.1【3】Update Bad & Pair Fail On Mac

im a chinese student, Sorry about my english.

I cant use my app to updata my H9,when the H9 finish writing , its will Restart，then its said “Update Bad” on the screen , i had try 4-5times .

and  i cant use bluetooth to connect my H9 on Mac. I had download H9 contrl for 10.10. but its doesn’t work

pleaes help me~~~ thanks!

Would you mind sending an email to support@eventide.com with a link to this forum post?  And in that email could you let us know (1) what computer(s) with what operating system(s) you have and (2) when you turn your H9 on, is there a 10 second lag at start-up before the LEDs turn on?

You can clear this by holding down the switch labelled "hotknob" at startup until it says "UPDATE". Then restart, and it should start normally.
