Unfortunately the man who wrote this moved on to better things and we lack his inside knowledge. Hopefully someone familiar with it will come back to you.
In the meantime, I had a brief look at the sigfile – it seems to be a collection of useful tools intended to be used to put the "fix in the mix." Essentially eq, pitchshift and reverb.
The Info page says:
"Input tone control into pitch shifter, reverb, and delay (chorus). Pitch shifter also feeds the reverb & delay. Final output EQ."
