Glad to be part of the team. I attempted to update to version 1.5.2 and all seemed to be going well, however, the PolyFlex preset was not listed and I checked the about screen and it appears I’m still on 1.3.7.
I followed the same process going from 1.2.2 to 1.3.7 .. no issues.
Am I doing something wrong? … thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
1.3.7 sounds like the H90 Control version, not the H90 software version. Get into the pedal’s System menu > About. That should tell you what firmware number the pedal is on. Next, try this. In the pedal’s Presets edit menu, set the Effect filter type to Pitch with the middle Quick Knob. Then, with the third Quick Knob see if you can set the Algorithm filter type to PolyFlex. Does it show up now?
