I just purchased a h9 max , and I need to say I am amazed and impressed , I am playing in stereo and I must say I am liking everything, even the stuff I use to dislike like chorus and flangers , just fenomenal , to bad I didn’t came across this pedal before . So was whatching some videos on YouTube , and I noticed videos more than 5 or 6 years old , so this unit is been out for a wile ; So my question is – is this unit still being updated and more algorithms and presets will be made on the future to come , or that is it the unit is complete and no more updates will be made ? I am impressed with the library already , this is just a curiosity question .

We have been updating H9 and adding algorithms for years. The latest algorithm TriceraChorus (which I think is one of the best chorus effects on a pedal) was out a couple of month ago. Are we going to add more presets? We and our users are making and uploading presets regularly. You can check them out on the forum or download more here: https://www.eventideaudio.com/presetsharing
And we just released a new factory preset list. You can download it and import it to H9 Control. More detail is here: https://www.eventideaudio.com/community/forum/stompboxes/new-h9-max-factory-preset-list
With regard to questions like are we going to add more algorithms or what's the next algorithm? That's a quesion I'm just not allowed to answer : )

thanks for the response , I will check out first thing in the morning the new preset list , and I defenetly need to explore the custom presets , but thanks anyway for this nice sounding machine 🙂 , I am soo happy how it does not destroy my tone when on bypass , it has always been a complain of mine with digital equipment , I would love to see you all make a version of the h9 with your take on distortions and overdriverdrives and some wacky stuff that goes on the beginning of the tone path , looking forward to see what next , from you guys
