I’m getting weird digital noise, almost like when you’re sitting with your guitar too close to a computer, when in dual routing (4cm).  it’s not loud, but it’s loud enough to be a dealbreaker, forcing me to return this thing.  does it w/all 3 of my amps.  This doesn’t happen w/my Helix in 4cm.  is there a fix for this?  i’d like for the H90 to be a keeper, but only if i can solve this issue.  thanks

Out of curiosity, do you have the USB connected to the H90 when you experience this noise?

no, just the 4 guitar cables.  i know it’s not the amp/cables because my Helix doesn’t exhibit this behavior while in 4cm.  so far all i’ve done is tried a factory reset.

Can you give us a clear understanding of your signal flow? Are you using Insert or Dual Mode to connect 4CM? What are your operating levels on H90’s I/O? What Bypass Mode are you using on the H90?

well, this is embarrassing.  i number my cables on the metal connectors w/Sharpie.  apparently one of the numbers wore off, but there was an older marking on the opposite side of the cable that i’d never removed.  in short, two of the cables were flip-flopped as a result.  stupid mistake, i’ll admit it, and sorry for wasting your time!
