Hi there,
I would like to update my Timefactor pedal but I can't reach the network. I tried many times and here is the message who appears on my computer screen when I'm trying to update (with the Eventide Update Utility tool) :
" Unable to download update information : request aborted since the remote server could not be contacted, you will not be able to see updates that may be available for your device. Please try again by refreshing the device list from the Tools menu, or, if you continue having difficulty, please contact Eventide support."
Anyone here had the same issue ?
