      Just got a brand new out-of-the-box TF yesterday and it will not engage either in play or bank mode.

      The LEDs work because when I enter system mode they light up.

      I can do everything else with the switches like change banks, change mode, change parameters, enter system mode … etc. but it just does not go out of bypass in either play or bank mode.

      I tried initializing the unit but that did not help.

      I'll take it back to the store but figured I check here to see if I'm missing anything or if anyone had a similar issue.

      Apologies – this sounds like a hardware problem.

      You could either take it back to the store, or contact support@eventide.com. Your choice.
