the timefactor that i have will not power up correctly. i plug in the power supply that it comes with and it loads up with 1 vertical line and then it proceeds to turn on all of the LEDs, and then the display gets stuck with 4 spread out vertical lines and the Digitaldelay and Reverse LEDs are lit. none of the footswitches will light up thier LED when i step on it. also, i cannot do a factory reset. i can't find any threads or FAQ's on this. i need help.
