Hi guys
I just bought a brand new H7600 and therefore I'm planning on selling my Eclipse.
One potential internet buyer tells me I want too much of it, since a new unit will shortly come out, making the "old" Eclipse depreciate fast.
How much that is true ?
Thanks

Your potential internet buyer wants to potentially get a very good deal.

If we were planning on discontinuing the Eclipse in the near future, we wouldn't have bothered to develop the most significant OS upgrade for Eclipse since version 3 was released in July of 2004.
I believe the buyer is simply trying to get a better price.

Hmm, in the other hand, I think the words were chosen brilliantly on both replies 🙂 Announcing a new product doesn't always require that the old product is immediatelly discontinued. Maybe they could run parallel on the market, at least for some time. But I don't know anything. I'm just a user.

Thanks guys for the news
I'm just gonna tell him that as an old Eventide user (I've own a H3000, GTR4500, Eclipse and now H7600), my long time friends at Eventide got me the latest news, which are quite different from his…
So my price will be his and that's a deal 😉
