PitchFactor problem after update.

        After the update I copied some presets to a different location and limited the bank selection parameters to 35 & 36. A  couple of days after the update I was playing a show and I utilized the tuner several times, after that I couldn't get the PitchFactor to go into play mode. I couldn't even get it to go into system mode while pressing the encoding button. I initialized it but nothing changed. I'm suspecting a software problem.

          Hi John,

          Can you confirm whether the three footswitches are operational in other modes?

            I can't get the PitchFactor out of preset assignment mode
