      Hello Eventide,

      I have registered a few times, but the websirte does not recognise I have an H8000. When trying to registere my serial (H-00013), it does not regognise it. I want to try the new OS.

      What do I do wrong?

      They should be able to reply you as soon as earth swings enough to get them to work.

      I'm having the same issue with my H8000FW.  I try to register with FW-00264, FW00264, 00264, 264, it all fails.  I emailed customer support and got no response.

      Any ideas?

      OK, thanks.  I sent them a message on April 10th, which is about 9 days ago.  Should I email them again or do they take a long time?  The reason for asking is that I can't download anything useful like an OS update for the H8000 unless I register and this machine has an old OS.
