Brand New H7600 not initializing

      I recently purchased a brand new H7600 Harmonizer.  I powered it up once and it started up and initialized fine.  After scrolling through the menus while following along with the manual for a few minutes I powered the unit down to go and do something else for ten minutes. I returned and powered up again, the unit would not initialize and just displays a bright purple screen.  Any ideas?

      Sounds like the main CPU is not running. Probably has to come back. Sorry !

      If you are technical, you could try taking the top off and "wiggling" any socketed parts. Otherwise, or if this does not help, contact support@eventide.com.
