  I had a question concerning the extensions of the links on the support page ( http://www.eventide.com/AudioDivision/Support/Stompboxes/TimeFactor.aspx )
  
  If i like to download f.i. a owners manual from this page….the file which is then downloaded has the extension .ashx iso. .pdf.
  
  This concerns all links on this page.
  
  Is this normal for this site…as i never have seen this before….or am i missing something…?

  You should be able to open the Manual in your browser as a PDF, then save if from your browser to your computer. The details will depend upon your browser, but the actual download file name should not be an issue.

  You are totally right….i just had to change my settings in Firefox for opening this kind of links/documents.
  
  In Internet Exploder it opened like you told me.
