problem with bypass (switch 1) switch not working 100%

  hi there,
  
  my time factor is just about a year old, and there appears to be some problem with the bypass switch. It works sometimes and others not so much. I am not sure when it will work or not. Have others experienced similar problems, I don't remember what Eventide has for a warranty on switches? I would think it is a hardware not software issue and the light does not work when the switch wont work. My timefactor is a registered product.

  We had a bad batch of switches a while back. You should contact support@eventide.com

  The first switch on mine went bad as well… I contacted Eventide and it was fixed quickly and sent back. Very easy and quick process.

  Looks like I have the same problem. It happened on my Pitchfactor months back, but seems to have rectified itself, but now my Modfactor is playing up. If it's hardware then I'll be in contact!
