      Can anyone recommend a foot controller that transmits MIDI DOUBLE?

      I am using a Yamaha MFC10 for Eclipse/H8000FW and can't seem to get it to work with MIDI DOUBLE.  16383 steps would sure beat 127 for glissandos, etc.
