      In the pitchflex mode, the pitch is the default expression control. Is there a way Eventide could allow us to unassign the pitchflex and allow OTHER parameters to be controlled? For instance: I like the filter control in the pitchflex mode. With some fuzz in front of the pitch factor, the filter sweep can be some what "synth" like. I'd very much like to be able to have a preset where just the filter is controlled with the expression pedal and the pitch shift disabled.

      Does this make sense?

      Hello,

      Yes, this makes sense. We decided to "hardwire" the expression pedal to "flex" in the PitchFlex algorithm to make it plug and play with no fuss. There are no current plans to change this.

      In the meantime, there is a way to do what you want if you use MIDI to control the other parameters. You would just need a MIDI controller with expression pedal capabilities.
