        Hi,

        I am unable to use the parameter knobs to modify any Pitchfactor presets. There is no effect sonically, nor is any change shown on the billboard when I turn them. Any ideas?

          Try "Restoring Factory System Settings" (UM p.53). If that fails, you may have a hardware problem and should contact your dealer or support@eventide.com.
