Error message when conneting to iOS app

      Purchased the H9 today. Plugged it in. Had the app already on my 4S. Got the bluetooth pair up. Registered per the app's instructions and clicked on the verification email. Went to sigh on and got and error message that said

      “The stompbox
      challenge in your request was invalid. Please restart your device while holding
      the hotknob button and right footswitch to clear settings”

      Tried it numerous times, reinstalled the app, everything….anybody else run into this issue?

      Hello,

      This is not what is supposed to happen. Please send this in an email to the address support@eventide.com

      Please include your Eventide username and H9 serial number in the email.

      Thank you…I've actually been in touch with tech support and they are helping me with this issue.
