H9 Algorithms purchase problem

      I just got my H9 yesterday, only got the base version H910 H949, should have gone full but…. Then got the free EQ compressor, then with the coupon got Micropitch, then PURCHASED Diatonic. So far I have no Diatonics. Apple store portion doesn't work. Pc version doesn't show up so I can use it, doesn't show up anywhere. Only place it shows up is in my bank account, I'm getting a little perturbed here, anyone else have problems right now with purchases. If it's not going to get working quickly, it's going right back!!!!!

      I just checked your account and Diatonic isn't showing up there. This kind of problem happens very rarely but it can happen.  Could you please forward the confirmation email you got from Apple about your purchase to support@eventide.com, and we'll get this sorted out for you.
