      I updated my two existing H9's with the latest software.  While I did get awesome sounding new algorithms, I did not get the looper and I do not see it in the store of the H9 control.  Help?  Thanks.

      Most likely you need to download and install the latest version of H9 Control.  The latest release is v2.0.1.  You can check which version you have by clicking on the Settings button in the bottom right hand corner of H9 Control and going to About.
