      Hi, I  cant update my h9 control to the latest version. 2.1.0 Any ideas.?

      I was able to update my modfacter and timefactor though.

      Your going to need to give more information than that. What operating system and/or device are you trying to install it on? What happens when you try to update?

      i fixed the problem by disabling norton. thanks
