      I have a core and a standard H9, but it's making me purchase 15 algorithims to upgrade and not 10. It's also not reading my previous purchases, they show that they are there but read "customer support" rather than purchased on the list.

      How do I fix this?

      The app is going to show the number of purchases required for the devices connected to the app. If you have a standard connected, it should say 10. If this isn't the case, please take a screenshot of what you're seeing — preferably one that shows the serial numbers of the connected devices and the number.

      Did you contact support at some point earlier to fix a problem with one or more of your purchases? If so, send an email to support@eventide.com so that we can fix those purchase(s) so that they'll count toward the Max upgrade.

      Thanks, sent support an email.

      Hopefully they can convert my purchased algorithms so that they count. They were actually purchased, and are not the coupons as those are on there as well marked coupon. It still shows that 15 are needed no matter which one is connected. I bought both new from online retailers and have receipts, original boxes, etc… And one is indeed a standard and one is a core. Thanks for your help!
