        Hi Everyone,

         

        I’m having the strangest issue with my Eclipse V4.01

        It is losing the input signal after anything up to about 45 minutes. the problem ceases after I adjust the input level for the loss of signal by as little as 0.1dB.

        I’ve also noticed that one channel will usually lose input first, if I do not adjust the input level & leave the unit for a time (there doesn’t seem to be a specific amount of time) then the other channel will lose input too…….bizarre.

        I have a done reset on the unit and I’ve also re-installed the OS both of which have not resolved the issue.

        Has anyone had this problem and more importantly know how to fix it?

          Sorry – this sounds like a rare and unusual (as in previously unknown) hardware problem. You should contact support@eventide.com.
