H9 signal light

      I have two H9s and on one of them the signal light sometimes remains illuminated solid green while not playing and even when bypassing the unit. If I disconnect the power from the pedal it usually solves the issue. I am using midi control from my boss ES-8 to change presets and powering the H9 from a voodoo labs 4×4. It’s been fine for about 6 months. Any ideas?

      Does it do this if you disconnect the input ? If it does, there may be a hardware issue.

      If it does not (more likely), it is responding correctly to the input it is being given.
