Brand new H9 Max.
When attempting to login via the H9 Control app this error message appears:
“The stompbox you are registering has an unrecognized serial number. Please contact Eventide support.”
What’s up ?
That means you have an H9 that didn't correctly go through our inventory system. Please send an email to support@eventide.com with the serial number of the H9, and please let us know where you got that H9 from.
