hello there
my pitchfactor ( 6 years old ) suddenly got stuck on “update” mode in the middle of my show ( without updating it ) and nothing works or responds since then. i tried to connect to the computer and also nothing happens. i tried to reset the pedal and it doesn’t work as well.
what else can i do ??? the knobs and switches doesn’t work, also the computer doesn’t recognize the pedal, and the reset or factory mode also doesn’t works.
