I am looking for a couple of used H9’s to save a little money. My question is; does the seller have to transfer the registration to me in order for me to take full advantage of the unit or do I just register it likeitwasa new unit?
The seller should deregister the unit before shipping it to you; then, you won't have any trouble registering it and using it with the app when you receive it. The seller can deregister the unit in the app.
Just purchased a used H9 Max from Guitar Center. It was never unregistered by the previous owner. I’ve sent a request to support@eventide but haven’t heard back yet.
Is there any information on how long this might take? Is there a way that I can use the app in the meantime?
