  Hey all I just tried to download the new Pigtch fuzz… but i have ran into a Snag… MY H( all it says on the screen is Update… Nothing else.. it wont let me connect via the usb

  Ok, we have an alternative updater that you can use to update your H9 via USB when it's in that state. It's called the Direct Updater. Here are links to the installers:

  THat still hasn’t worked…Still keeps Saying ” Update ” on the screen… i do notice if i Hold down the large Encoder it will come up with a list of Test sections… I have no idea what i should do so i don’t go into the Test things,,,,I have never had an issue before with this

  Please send an email to support@eventide.com and link to this forum thread.
  
  Also, mention in your email whether when you turn your H9 whether the display lights up immediately or whether there's a 10 second delay.
