      My Time factor is not working, it has an issue, i think it’s trying to turn on but it does not.

      I’ve had this issue before and i fixed just disconnecting the power cable and connecting it again, but this time it still not working.

      This looks like a power supply issue to me. If you are not using the Eventide supply, please use it.

      If you are, you should contact support@eventide.com, with a view to sending both the TF and its power supply in to be checked.

      It’s working again.

      It seems like the electricity of the venue (a house) wasn’t providing enough power to turn on the pedal.
