Sending SYX presets to Eclipse?

       I have been pounding my head trying to send presets vis MIDI to my Eclipse. They came is .syx format, I’m on Win10, tried on a laptop and a desktop, using MIDI-Ox through a Roland UM-One , also tried through a Steinberg UR22.

       I load the file in MIDI-Ox, select send syx, monitor shows the data pass. Nothing changes on the Eclipse, ver 4.01. If I press a number button on the Eclipse it sends data to MIDI-Ox. I have the Eclipse set to a program number 001, program change is enabled

       What am I missing?

      Not clear what's in your .SYX presets – they may well not be what Eclipse expects.

      Can you send a hex dump of one of them ?

      Soooo, A very wise man from Italy said others had the same sort of issues with the Roland interface, I thought I had ruled that out using the UR22MkII. Two different Win10 computers, no luck. Remembered I had a Behringer UMC1820 in a box of unused equipment. Set it up, sent a file, worked first time out. Never had a problem with the Roland with any other equipment, it sure does not play nice with the Eclipse. Interesting that it didn’t like the Steinberg either. I hope this helps someone in the future, now to get back to playing!
