Both have worked fine for years. The other day the buttons stopped working on the remote. All the lights mirror the H8000, and the knobs work. Just the buttons; cursor, select, bypass, etc…

We can repair them – you should contact support@eventide.com. Response may be slow this week.
Most likely cause is a problem with the ribbon between the display and the cpu board – if you are handy you could take the unit apart and wiggle connectors.
