Have a H9 Max and a Standard H9.
Tried with different metronomes and noticed that this Algorithm goes progressively behind tempo, even if its plugged in via MIDI or Usb, so its useless for sidechain effects or so.(live settings)
Tried every waveshape and still the same. It’s only an issue with this Algorithm cause I change to a different tempo based effect ( any delay or so) and the clock’s pitch perfect.
Can you help or do something about it.?

Is the ENV RATE on? That knob can change the rate as you play.

Hi vyanezf,
Thanks for the heads up. We'll look into your issue.
Are you using H9 Control to set note duration or stand alone?
Thanks!

Hi vyanezf,
We pushed the H9 firmware fix for this issue to Production. You can install it using H9 Control via Pedal Settings -> Update Stompbox's Software and choosing build number 5.8.2[0] for installation.
Thanks again for the find!

Tried every possible config. Sending sync from Ableton and H9 control and also matching by ear with a metronome .
Tried this : 1/4 note division, 100 bpm , continuous sound source and x fader all the way up so the effect generates a regular beat . All other knobs in 0 or neutral -

Hi vyanezf, thanks for bringing this to our attention. We think we've found the culprit: if the input is hot enough, it is currently possible for a little bit of that negative polarity signal to leak into the envelope to rate feed, causing the lag that you are experiencing. This will be more noticeable if your input is steady (e.g., a synth pad).
We have a fix for this issue that should come out soon but we want to test it a little further before we release it.
