Emote laggy / slow

      Hi,

      New user here, just got H9000 yesterday and installed latest public beta version of Emote and OS.

      Emote is connecting over Wifi network to H9000 and I’m finding the software very laggy with jerky / low frame rate transitions etc.

      I am using the standalone software on a 2020 macbook pro.

      Is this normal or unusual?

      Hi drxcm,

      This is a known issue that is actively being worked on. It's a problem with modern high-res macs, but not a problem with windows or older macs.

      We're sorry that you're experiencing this issue. This will be fixed as soon as possible.
