Hey, sorry to hear about the issue. Previously having trials shouldn't have an effect on the plugins showing up. Try the following steps:
- Confirm that you have the latest version of iLok License Manager installed (http://www.ilok.com).
- Make sure the plug-in licenses are activated to your machine or iLok dongle in the iLok License Manager.
- Close your DAW, and delete the following files for each plugin that is not appearing:
- AAX: Mac HD/Library/Application Support/Avid/Audio/Plug-ins/Eventide/<plugin name>.aaxplugin
- VST: Mac HD/Library/Audio/Plug-ins/VST/Eventide/<plugin name>.vst
- AU: Mac HD/Library/Audio/Plug-ins/Components/<plugin name>.component
- Presets and Docs: ~/Music/Eventide/<Plugin Name>/ (whole folder)
- Open your DAW and rescan your plug-ins, and then shut your DAW again.
- Deactivate and reactivate the plug-in licenses in iLok License Manager.
- Reinstall the plug-ins
- Reopen your DAW and rescan your plug-ins.
- AudioUnit only: If they still are not showing, some macOSes occasionally require a restart for Audio plugins to correctly scan.
Let me know if that does the trick.

I have installed the trial of the new H9 series bundle. I already own Blackhole, Shimmerverb and Ultratap, so I unchecked those. MangledVerb will install, but the remaining plugins show as unexamined in my DAW’s preferences (Digital Performer 10). So, I re-examine them and restart DP10. Nope. I still can’t find them in the effects dropdown menu along with the ones I can. Is this because I’ve previously had trials of the missing/so-called unexamined plugins before? Those previous trials did work, but I uninstalled them after they expired. I did try downoading the entire bundle again, and I definitely authorised the bundle trial in iLok Manager. I’ve tried AU and VST. No difference there either. I prefer to stick to just AU anyway. Anyone got a solution to this, please?

It didn’t 🙁 They now are passed but still innaccessible.

RESOLVED – At the top of Audio Plugins Preferences, there is an option that says SET: Disable all, Enable all, Safe, and Enable Alt.Z. Mine was set to the very last option. So I set it to Enable All, and once DP re-scanned, I now have ALL the plugins in the Eventide folder. Why I never had this problem before is beyond me.

Well, not entirely. Shouldn’t there be preset folders for every Eventide plugin in my audio folder? Do I need them, or do some Eventide plugins work differently?

Yes, that's correct.

If you select each plugin and hit "Enable" at the bottom of that screen, or check the box next to each, do they then show up?

Tried that too. Mysteriously, Tricerchorus has now appeared as working, but I just tried enabling Crystals and Crushstation, and it made no difference.

Where are you looking in the DP plugin menus? If they have passed validation and are enabled in DP, then there's not much more we can do on our end to get them to show up. That's a DP problem. Perhaps there's some filtering or something else turned on in DP that isn't showing all plugins?

I’m looking in audio plugin preferences. Normally, to select a plugin, you right-click in an empty insert space of a track for example, go down to Eventide, but alas, there are only 5 plugins available, of which I have already purchased 3. Tricachorus and Mangledverb are there as trials. I just can’t get the others to appear.

Look at the attachment I posted earlier.

Okay, unfortunately I do not have a system with Digital Performer on it with me today, so I cannot fully troubleshoot. I can dig in more on Monday, after the Thanksgiving holiday.
However, I really am baffled – if the plugins are showing up as "Passed" in the DP settings, AND are Enabled, then I have no idea why they wouldn't appear in the plugin insert menus. I don't know what else would need to be done to get them to appear.
There are two more things you could try, thinking offhand:
1) Close DP, navigate to ~/Library/Preferences/com.motu.MotuAudioSystem and delete the AU and VST cache files found there. On startup, DP will rescan all of your plugins again.
2) Check if the plugins appear in another AU host – this would help confirm if the issue is Eventide specific or DP-specific

All of the presets are stored under ~/Music/Eventide/<plugin name>/Presets. We switched this from the ~/Documents directory about a year ago. To get them all in the same location, you should update all Eventide plugins to the latest versions.

Presumably, this is where all my user presets should go too?
