        I’m trying to use the ‘tapknob’ module which is described as if it were a round knob.  However, it is showing up as a fader / slider in Emote.

        This happens in both the plugin and standalone Emote.

         

        H9000 software version 1.3.0[10]

        Emote version 1.3.0[12]

          I believe that that's an error in the documentation. AFAIK 'tapknob' is supposed to appear as a slider.

            Hmm… I haven’t been doing much VSig work until recently, but it seems like this one should either be a round knob, or have the option to select the type like ‘multiknob’ and friends:

                     type:   how knob is displayed.

                                

                                   0: normal

                                   1: vfader

                                   2: hfader

                                   3: round
