        Can I count on you with a idiot proof guide how to link my H9Max to Boss ES-5 switcher please? I’m also using external switch for tap tempo and I would like to know how to make it to do tap tempo via midi – other than general patch creation

          Alas, we do not have such a document. I fear some User Guide reading is required.

          We know little about Boss products, and a lot would depend on your setup and how you plan to use it.

          Hopefully someone out there has done the same thing and will chime in.

            page 36 tells how you set the MIDI mappings for H9. You just assign a MIDI CC value to Tap Tempo and that's it. This can also be done more easily in H9 Control.

            That's all I can help. You need to ask Boss about how you generate a MIDI CC from you external switch via ES-5, but I'm pretty sure this is doable.

              Thank you for all replying. I will start to sink in it today after work. Hopefully its not as scary as it seems.
