Could you tell me if there is a cable with two female jacks…. I need one to use my M-Audio expressión pedal with my footswitch. 

I'm not aware of any suitable ones – they tend to be stereo to stereo (headphone splitters), and for this application you need stereo to mono. Hopefully someone reading this will know of one.
