If you open up H9 Control, click on the Pedal button in the bottom menubar, and go to MIDI Settings, you'll see under 'Program Change receive map' all the things that the H9 can do in response to receiving a MIDI program change message, and under 'Assign MIDI CC messages to pedal functions' you'll see all the things the H9 can do in response to receiving a MIDI CC message.
