I‘ve bought an H9, the „standard“ version, not the „core“, not the „max“. The previous owner paid for the Max Upgrade, the question is, when he dergister the H9 from his account, will it be still a max in my account ? Many thanks in advance !

Yes.  If he maxed it out, it will remain a max after he deregisters it.
