Sorry for slow reply, but we were closed yesterday for a holiday.
We can repair them – you should contact support@eventide.com. Response may be slow this week.
Most likely cause is a problem with the ribbon between the display and the cpu board – if you are handy you could take the unit apart and wiggle connectors.
