Hi, I have a TimeFactor and a PitchFactor, connected over USB via a iConnect4+ midi interface to a Windows PC. H9 recognises only 1 of the pedals at once. Each is recognised if  the other is unplugged. FW is up to date and both are registered. Is that normal behaviour or is there something I missed?

I just checked using a simple  usb hub and that works. So it might be a midi interface issue. H9 control always complains that it’ can’t open the midi port when I connect through the interface, but it still connects to the stompbox. a second later.
