Hello,
Sorry to hear you're having this issue. Can you tell me what OS version and Cubase version you're using?
Sometimes issues like this can be resolved with these steps:
- uninstall the plugins in question
- open Cubase and rescan for plugins
- deactivate and re-activate the licenses in the iLok License Manager
- re-install the plugins
- open Cubase and rescan for plugins
