I have the same problem, I specifically bought a Google Play card for this — so I can't simply use Paypal–my money is locked up in the Google.

Just saying, there's money for you if this gets fixed.

We're still working on this. Google's support has not been helpful. We have money frozen in our Google account too and cannot receive the payouts.
